At TV Canada, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strongly recommend requesting a free trial before purchasing a subscription to ensure compatibility with your device and internet connection.


Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

Full Refund

A full refund may be issued if the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and no significant portion of the subscription has been used.

Service Issues

If a technical issue caused by our service prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours and our support team is unable to resolve the problem, we may:

  • Issue a full or partial refund, or

  • Extend the subscription period at no additional cost.

All refund requests are reviewed individually by our support team.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The customer is dissatisfied with the channel lineup or content selection.

  • The customer decides to use another service.

  • The customer refuses troubleshooting assistance provided by our support team.

  • The issue is caused by unsupported devices, incorrect setup or internet-related problems beyond our control.


Temporary Service Interruptions

Occasionally, certain channels or content may experience temporary interruptions due to:

  • Internet connection fluctuations

  • Device or application configuration issues

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) limitations

  • Channel source outages

  • Scheduled maintenance or server updates

Our technical team continuously works to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on the payment provider and financial institution, refunds may take between 20 and 90 business days to appear in your account.

Please note that TV Canada does not control processing times once a refund has been submitted to the payment provider.


Subscription Extensions

If service interruptions caused by our systems prevent access for an extended period, we may provide additional subscription time at no charge as an alternative to a refund.
